Hi Everyone!

I have joined the 2012 Challenge and have the following resolutions:

1. Have some ‘me’ time
2. Do 2 sessions of exercise each week
3. Toilet train my son (this summer!)
4. Earn more to make our living more comfortable.

I look forward to knowing more about you and your challenges and all supporting each other to achieving our resolutions.

Hi!

Here are my 2012 Resolutions:

1. Try not to shout at the children as much.
2. De-stress.
3. Get more active. -I would love to try Zumba.
4. Do more pelvic floor exercises. I am aiming to do at least 20-30 per day.

I would love to hear any suggestions you have.

Cheers,

Lorraine

Hello Everyone!

My New Years Resolutions are:

1/ To sit back and smell the roses a little more.
2/ To do a cake decorating course.
3/ To contribute more to the community and to causes that are close to my heart.
4/ To create as many wonderful memories as possible and to appreciate them.
5/ To be the best I can in regards to Health, Fitness and Weight.

So far so good. Im hoping that putting them on here and getting them ‘out there’ for others to read will keep me on track!

Heres to a happy and healthy 2012!!

Hi Everyone,

here is an update on my resolutions.

1. Make some ‘me’ time….I made some ‘me’ time by signing up for Laser Hair reduction for my underarms. It is always something I have wanted to do and when I found out that it only took 5 minutes and that it was on special for $9! I just did it! :) Im so excited!
2. Do 2 sessions of excercise per week – I was doing okay with this and then I put my back out on the weekend which I think could be from suddenly doing excercise after doing none for so long.
3. Toilet train my son – we are on our way and it is more managable….
4. Earn more – well I am still trying with this one however the year is young and it can change quickly!

How are your resolutions going?

Oh Claire!!
Just had to pop in and let you know that I’ve had Laser Hair Reduction on my underarms! It is the BEST!!! I didn’t finish the full course because we moved but I hardly have to shave mine anymore at all. Fabulous for going to the gym or swimming!

Yay for Toilet Training getting more managable!

Things here are still moving very quickly. Change is coming about quicker than I expected. All very good but is meaning I am very, very busy at the moment! Can’t wait to tell everyone all about it next week!

Hi JarJar,

Those sound like great resolutions and all something most of us would like to achieve. How are you going with them and have you found anything in particular that helps you achieve any of these goals?

Good Luck,

Lorraine

Sounds like RachieRach is struggling a little with keeping her momentum and focus – does anyone have any tips or suggestions for her?
