1kg Chicken Thigh fillets, diced
400g x 2 diced tomatoes
2 lrge brown onions, sliced
2/3 cup tikka masala paste
1/4 cup thickened cream
coriander chopped (to taste)
Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on high for 3 1/2 hours. (I have also cooked this on a stove top, on a simmer for the same amount of time.
