A lovely warm, healthy breakfast that even the fussiest of eaters can enjoy. Simply change the flavour topping to their preference. This recipe is for cinnamon porridge
½ cup rolled oats
½ cup milk
Cinnamon sugar: simply add ground cinnamon to sugar and mix it together
Add your oats and milk to a bowl
Microwave for 2 minutes on high. Stir and then microwave for an additional 2 minutes. (times may vary to the strength of your microwave) If it is still runny, keep microwaving in 30sec-1 minute intervals until ready.
Add cinnamon sugar, stir and serve.
This quantity is perfect for my 5 and 7 year old. If you have growing children that need more, simply double the quantities
