Quick Chia Pudding with Coconut Milk


Chia is known for providing the body with an abundance of nutrients such as Zinc, Vitamin B, Magnesium, Potassium, Calcium, Fibre and more and best of all – with limited calories. Take advantage of these benefits by enjoying a quick chia pudding for breakfast.



400gms Coconut Milk

1/3 of a Cup Certified Organic Honey

1/3 Cup Chia Seeds



Combine all the ingredients together well. Cover and store in the fridge for a minimum of four hours or overnight (for best results) to thicken. Divide in serving glasses and top with berries and added coconut if desired and voila! You’re nutritious breakfast is set.
