Carrot, Apple and Orange Juice – A Cold Press Juice Perfect for Kids
Getting adults to drink a straight cold press vegetable juice can often be a challenge, let alone trying to get your 11-year-old to drink a broccoli and kale juice.
Tried and tested with my own children this juice has the right balance of fruit and vegetables while still being palatable for your favourite little people.
Ingredients
3 Carrots
1 apple
1 orange
Preparation
If you don’t have the best cold press juicer, a centrifugal juicer will be fine. Wash and all of the ingredients and peel the orange. Orange peel in a juice can sometimes cause upset tummies! if you have a juicer with a wide chute there is no cut the ingredients you can put them straight through. Add some ice as a finishing touch.
Note: You can make this in bulk and store it in the fridge for up to 3 days at a time in an airtight bottle.
