Chang’s Gluten Free Noodles Wok-Ready
Gluten intolerance is an issue that affects many Australians. According to Coeliac Australia, close to one percent of the Australian population has coeliac disease and 28 percent of Australians follow a gluten-free diet to some extent.

When the likelihood of living a Gluten Free lifestyle was presented to me I have to admit that it scared me to think that there would be so many foods I would miss out on or that I would have to eat the Gluten Free variety which will never taste as good. So I was slightly apprehensive when asked to trial the Chang’s Gluten Free Wok-Ready Noodles.
After creating a number of stir fry recipes with the noodles I have to admit that I was happily surprised and the Chang’s Gluten Free Wok-Ready noodles surpassed my expectations.
In all the recipes we created, the Chang’s Gluten Free Wok-Ready Noodles tasted the same as non-Gluten Free Noodles (good). They were super easy to cook, tasty to eat and best of all I can serve these when I have guests living a gluten-free diet.
The noodles are super easy to prepare, simply rinse under cold water and then add to your stir fry for 1-2 minutes. Making them ideal for a quick and easy family dinner, simple side dish or a quick and healthy lunch option.
