DIY Kids Travel Activity Kit

When travelling with children, it is wise to have toys and travel activities ready to distract them as the trips goes on. Creating your own kids travel activity pack is simple and easy to do. I created a few different kits suitable for each of my children’s skills and interests. I have listed the contents below for you, so you can replicate these and/or create your own with items more suitable for your children.

 

If making a Travel Activity Kit of your own is too hard; we have also listed a few great travel games/activity packs below that we have come across which are compact in nature.

 

Kids Travel Activities Pack 1 (Master J, Aged 5)

1 x Super Brain Putty

1 x Book to Read: Poppy’s Carwash

1 x Scrapbook to draw memories or stick photos of the holiday into

1 x Clipboard with printed activity sheets downloaded free from the internet. For Master J I downloaded a range of maze’s, draw the line from a to b and colouring in sheets.

1 x Ziploc bag of pencils

1 x Super Brain Putty

1 x Book to Read: The Bad Guys Episode 6

1 x Scrapbook to draw memories or stick photos of the holiday into

1 x Clipboard with printed activity sheets downloaded free from the internet. For Master L I downloaded a range of maze’s, Word Search, Maths activities and colouring in sheets.

1 x Ziploc bag of pencils

1 x Ziploc bag of pencils, eraser and a sharpener.
