6 Easy Coffee Based Drinks for Mums Who are Fueled by Coffee

Easy Instant Iced Coffee

  • Instructions:

  1. Add instant coffee grounds and creamer to a glass and stir well (I use around 4-6 tablespoons of creamer, just experiment until you get your desired sweetness)
  2. Fill glass with cold water (1 – 2 cups, based on how strong you want it)
  3. Stir constantly and allow coffee to fully dissolve (can take a few minutes)
  4. Add ice

Espresso Coffee

  • Instructions:

  2. Place the cocoa mix and instant coffee granules in amounts for one serving (as directed by each) into an empty mug.
  3. Add cinnamon to the mug, and then, stir in a small amount of milk to create a paste. This is easier to do with a fork than it is with a spoon.
  4. Gradually add the rest of the hot liquid while stirring.
  5. Serve hot.

Iced Mochas

  • Instructions:

  1. In a large coffee cup or coffee mug, add water and instant coffee. Place coffee cup or mug in a microwave, and microwave until coffee is heated through. 
  2. Stir the coffee, and place cup or mug in the refrigerator for 30 minutes; to chill.
  3. To the cup or mug, add the chocolate syrup, half-and-half cream, plus 1-2 packets of Splenda
  4. Add ice cubes to a tall beverage glass. Pour coffee over the ice cubes, and top it with a dollop or two of Cool Whip. 

Iced Caramel Latte

This instant coffee, iced caramel latte tastes just like any coffee shops, not to mention it is super quick and easy to make.   

  • Instructions: 

  1. Fill a glass with ice and set aside.
  2. Mix the instant coffee per the directions, but use cold water instead of warm.  It should dissolve within seconds.
  3. Add caramel to the glass, this needs to be about 1/4 inch thick, so use more or less depending on your glass size.
  4. Add in the coffee, this should come up to leave about 1/3 of the cup empty.
  5. Then, top with the milk.
  6. Add whipped cream and drizzle more caramel.  

Vanilla Mocha Iced Coffee 

Smooth vanilla, bold mocha flavors burst throughout this iced coffee recipe.  It is more than just black coffee and ice cubes. Whole milk, chocolate, and vanilla are added to make a creamy drink similar to Starbucks Vanilla Frappuccinos.   1. Combine instant coffee and sugar with the boiling water and stir until dissolved.
  2. Add vanilla and chocolate syrup and stir to incorporate.

Notes

Flavored coffee drinks purchased at coffee shops are very high in sugar, as this recipe reflects, however, feel free to use less sugar if desired.
