You might be thinking that it sounds similar to start signs and in some ways that’s correct, to the untrained person this will seem very similar but in fact, those that practice and train within numerology believe that numbers are mystical and meaningful. How Do I Calculate My Life Path Number? 

To calculate your Life Path Number we need to look at the numerical value of our birthday. The day is the simplest as it’s a number already. The month will be the number that is associated with it, January is the 1st month, February the 2nd, and so on… And finally, the year. 

What we need to do now is to consolidate all of those numbers into a singular and that will be our Life Path Number. Let’s take the birthday: August 14th 1987. Firstly we know that August is the 8th month of the year, so we have the first number toward your LPN. The next is the day, which is the 14th, great, we have our second. Lastly, we take the year which is 1987. 

We now need to get these numbers down and create a single-digit number, and we do so by adding them together. We already know August is fine as it is a singular number, but we are going to have to separate the other numbers and add them together. 1+4 = 5 (this is the day) and 1+9+8+7 is 25 (this is the year). That leaves us with 8, 5, and 25. As we can see this still isn’t a single number so let’s go through the process again. 8 and 5 are absolutely fine, but we will add the 2+5 which makes 7. Now we can add the final numbers together, 8+5+7= 20. 

The quick-minded people out there will already know we need to add the 2 and the 0 together which makes our Life Path Number 2. 

What Does My Life Path Number Mean? 

Once you have calculated your Life Path Number you can then move onto discovering a large number of characteristics and predictions related to our lives. Something that always stands out about a 1 is that they are usually successful within their professional realm and are natural-born leaders that are ambitious, charming and diplomatic. 

However, 1s can also be known to be a little overprotective and can struggle with anger problems.

These are tremendously kind people that are known to be hugely caring and empathic with others. They use their skills in many different ways but they’re often known to be artists. They do also possess a skill for defusing tense situations so there are plenty of jobs out there. 

Neediness is a common trait amongst 2s because of their innate sensitivity and aversion to any kind of conflict. Combine this with struggling to stand up for themselves usually means they end up quite dependant people.

The fashionable ones out of the group, 9s are idealistic and principled but are often known to be agreeable and generous.
