Mudpuff Caramelstuff puddings

Like Wonka, this Mudpuff Caramelstuff pudding is a little crazy, yet altogether delicious.

Ingredients
45g Wonka Mudpuff Caramelstuff
1 tablespoon (20g) butter
1 tablespoon caster sugar
¼ cup (35g) self-raising flour
1½ tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons boiling water
2 teaspoons Nestlé Baking Cocoa
2 teaspoons caster sugar, extra

 

Preparation method
Lightly grease 2 × 300ml mugs.

Place Wonka Mudpuff Caramelstuff and butter in a small microwave safe bowl. Microwave on medium (50 percent) for 1 minute. Stir until smooth. Repeat process in 30-second intervals until melted and smooth. Add sugar, flour and milk, mix until well combined. Pour into prepared mug.

In a small bowl, combine water, Nestlé Baking Cocoa and extra sugar. Gently pour over pudding mixture.

Microwave on medium (50 percent) for 2½ minutes. Stand for 1 minute before serving. Caution: Pudding is extremely hot.
