Mums Cooking Challenge: SALAD

The July topic for our Mums Cooking Challenge is Salad. Salads are a fantastic accompaniment to dinners. They can add variety, colour, a quick and easy way to include vegetables and depending on the type of salad they can offer a fulfilling side to make the main meal go further.

One of the best features with a salad is the way you can mix and match your ingredients to suit your style, taste, children or available ingredients.

I love salad and we enjoy a salad most nights so I am super excited to gain new salad ideas and dressings to inspire me.

Here are my 5 favourite quick and easy salads.
