I have fallen in love! No longer is washing a dreaded chore or something that messes up my day as I need to time my life around the washing machine.

Having tried and tested the Panasonic ECONAVI NA-140VS4WAU front loader for the past few weeks there is a myriad of reasons for me to tell you why this washing machine offers a superior product, ideal for busy mums as it saves you time, energy and money!

When the washing machine arrived, Hubby and I set it up and found this quick and easy. The machine only connects to the cold water tap and uses its own element to heat up the water when required. The Panasonic Inverter and Hydroactive+ technology used within the ECONAVI NA-140VS4WAU ensures that you are both saving the environment and your power bill as the machine adjusts the washing time and water and energy required based on each laundry load! The ECONAVI NA-140VS4WAU offers a 4.5 star energy rating as well as a 4.5 star water rating.

There are 15 cycles you can choose from. My favourite is the ECONAVI which determines how heavy the load is, the type of materials and then tells you how long the load will take. I love that it adjusts both the wash time and water amount to be right for each load you put in. In fact every time I add a load I stay there to see how long it will actually be and fall more in love each time as it works out and adjusts the wash time required.

In general the ECONAVI cycle has reduced my washing time to 1hr.35mins which is an hour less than my previous washing machine. Bedding only runs for 1hr 4mins and Delicates for just under an hour. 🙂

The ECONAVI NA-140VS4WAU also offers steam functions providing multiple benefits such as reducing wrinkles and the need to iron along with allergy care which helps alleviate the effects of allergies caused by mites and pollen.

The Panasonic ECONAVI NS-140VS4WAU is SO quiet. When I say quiet, I mean that quiet; that at first Hubby and I didn’t know if it was working properly because we couldn’t hear it. Thanks to a specially engineered Silent Arch Design that absorbs the sounds that the washing machine would make throughout its cycle, the only time you hear the washing machine is in spin cycle. I really enjoy the LED Display screen which shows me the time left in the cycle so that I can decide to wait around for the cycle to end or if I should go and do other things and come back to the washing later.

As someone who is conscious of my ever increasing electricity bill, I really like how the Instruction manual offers in-depth insight into each washing cycle including how heavy the load should be, how long the cycle will run for and the power and water consumption each load uses. This allows you to make an informed decision when choosing your washing load to suit your time or budget boundaries.

There are a number of pre-programmed washing cycles in the machine and you have the ability to modify the cycle with additional functions such as a speed wash, extra rinse, prewash, or easy ironing. You can adjust the spin amount, the water temperature and more.
