Pure Planet Eco-friendly toilet paper
It is not often that you are asked to review toilet paper and by nature, it is not really a conversation I would be openly vocal about. When approached by Pure Planet to review their toilet paper we agreed as we were interested to see if such an eco-friendly product could perform to the comfort levels offered by our chosen brand.
Pure Planet offers an exciting enviro-friendly product that doesn’t use trees when creating the toilet rolls but rather renewable sources of Bamboo and Sugar Cane waste. Bamboo is a fast growing, renewable and sustainable plant. Bamboo is all the rage in clothing and baby blankets at the moment for its soft, luxurious feel and now Pure Planet have harnessed this and created soft strong and absorbent paper made from a combination of bamboo and sugar cane.
In addition to creating a 100% environment friendly and renewable product, Pure Planet have also made the effort to whiten the paper using Hydrogen Peroxide a natural alternative to chemical bleaching which leaves no smell and ensures that the paper is both dye and ink free. It’s also chemical-free and individually hand-wrapped to preserve hygiene whilst being totally safe for sceptic systems.
As the toilet paper is created using only natural materials it then offers an additional benefit of being a better alternative for children when crafting.
