With the warmer weather on its way, I’m going to let you ladies in on a ‘must-have’ summer fashion piece – they’re called Bandelettes, Australia!
These sexy lace thigh bands are designed to stay put and give you comfort and protection against chafing all day long and all night! Bandelettes don’t involve creams, lotions or reapplication. They are bands of stretchy lace 6″ long and silicone grippers that fit on your thighs where the chafe is most egregious and prevent the rubbing.
At first, I was a little skeptical is such a silicon grip could stick to my thighs in the summer heat. I’ve had no luck in the past with similar products where they had fallen off, cut circulation off or caused more skin irritation than what I would get without any thigh protection. As a mum, I’m always on the go. I have splurged on the bike like shorts to wear under dress in hopes that would kick the chafing! BUT to my surprise, Bandelettes could handle my heat. I was able to go out on a picnic in the sun, to a nice stroll with the kids with no chafing, no slips, no dizziness of blood circulation cut off and not noticeable at all
Bandelettes are so tiny they could easily fold up and tuck into your purse or in my case baby bag. They weigh as much as a pen, making them the perfect answer if you’re having a night out and chafing begins or just having them as a handbag staple!
With the lacy fabric unlike other chafing products, Bandelettes look sexy and you’ll feel it too! It’s like a little piece of lingerie for your thighs. My partner had a glance and didn’t for a moment think I was wearing a chafing product. They’re so well designed that you could wear them as a little bit as an extra to your shorts, skirt or dress. My personal favourite colour is the nude as there only a little bit darker to my white pale legs.
